【使用方法】

熏蒸法 （Diffusing)：将4-5滴纯精油滴入加湿器中，利用加湿器的水雾，使精油散发到空气中，怡人的香味将立即充满整个空间。

喷洒法（Spraying） 将2-3滴精油加入100ml纯净水中，放于喷雾瓶，摇晃均匀，可随时喷洒在床、衣服、沙发、地毯、宠物上，可起到消毒除臭，消除螨虫，清新生活环境的作用。

沐浴法（Baths） 浴缸浸泡中，滴入4-6滴精油，可以提高身体代谢，有助精油的吸收。沐浴时，在自己相关的部位轻轻按摩

按摩法（Massaging） 在5ml 的基础植物油中，添加1滴左右的纯复方精油，作脸部、头部、颈肩部或身体按摩。

按敷法（Compresses） 发烧、头痛、鼻塞的时候，将棉巾浸湿在混合了精油的冷水或热水中，再敷于某处面积不大的身体部位。冷敷可起缓解、镇定、安抚的作用：发烧，流鼻血，运动伤害，头痛。热敷有助于血液循环、排解毒素、增加皮肤渗透：痛经、神经痛、宿醉（敷于前胸肝脏或后背肾脏部位）、关节炎、风湿。
